- Evite invitations have been sent out to 55 friends of the family ~ 6/23/11
- Post card invitations have been sent out to 13 friends of the family (see postcard below) ~ 6/23/11
- Invitation extended to Betty & Denny Palmer (grandson of Grandpa Willie Phillip's sister, Maggie) ~ 6/18/11 (Also invited their son and family ~ this was a request from Bob Phillip)
- Invitations sent to all the Phillip family ~ 46 email addresses and phone calls to Jean & Maxine, Bob, and Leo ~ 10/16/10
