1940s in the Phillip Family

1940s Phillip family pictures....
A lot happened in the Phillip Family during the 1940s.....
Weddings
First grandchildren for Willie and Alma
WW II with three sons enlisted in the Navy
Maybe someday I'll be able to go through Leo's pictures for scanning....but haven't been able to yet.

These are pictures from Bob's collection

??, Alma, Alma's mother, ??.  Does anyone know who the people on the left and right are?

Bob and Jack Phillips (no relation) on Great Sitkin Island about 12/43. Bob is 22 years old.

Picture dated:  6/25/1942.  Caption on back  "Do you recognize the car?"  Jean and Ken also had this same picture with "Ray" as the caption on the back.  A prime example of the first grandchild, first nephew, and first son born in a family.....EVERYONE....had this picture!
