Lillie Phillip obit (son~Grandpa Willie Walter Phillip; daughter~Maggie Palmer)(wife of Peter John Phillip). In the family history done by Bernadine and Roberta, it lists date of death as 1949...but someone has written 1950 on the obituary.
Willie Walter Phillip (Grandpa) obituary in Alliance Times Herald. Harriet was pregnant with Bill at this time....hence he was named William Jean (William after Grandpa; Jean after Harriet Jean).

307 Mississippi, Alliance NE...Ken and Harriet's home and later the home of Leo and Zetta. House was later moved to another property on the east side of Alliance to make room for progress (a service station with Safeway across the street).
Not sure about this picture unless it is Paul, first row, left. If it is then this picture is not dated correctly, since Paul wasn't born until 1958. According to Paul, it is him, so must be about 1968.
